Antonino LO RE
With two decades in the automotive industry, Antonino is celebrated for his creative thinking and pushing boundaries while honouring and reinventing brand DNAs.
He began his career redefining the design identity of Renault Trucks, where he developed a philosophy of creating bold and timeless designs. He then joined the iconic British brand Aston Martin during a transformative period as the company evolved from a prestigious car manufacturer into a global luxury brand. During his time there, he contributed to multiple production models and led the design development of the groundbreaking Aston Martin Valkyrie, a project in collaboration with Adrian Newey at Red Bull Advanced Technologies.
Most recently, as Head of Advanced Design at McLaren Automotive, he led cross-functional teams of top industry talent, defining the brand’s future design strategy, visual language, and product portfolio.
His work highlights his strengths: visionary design, aerodynamic fluency, and a commitment to craftsmanship. His Italian roots show in the way he fuses sculptural drama with mechanical precision, creating automotive art that excels in performance.
